Our Work Together
With the approaching departure of Achievement Academy's longtime Development Director, Connectivity Community Consulting was contacted to help assist with the transition. We conducted staff and board interviews, a department assessment, and met frequently with Board Members, Staff and the Development Committee to determine the ideal candidate. Following this valuable stakeholder input, we designed a comprehensive hiring process including candidate profile/checklist, suggested hiring process, and interview questions that ultimately led to the hire of their new Development Director.
